Programming The RFH
If the Radio Frequency Hub (RFH) is replaced on vehicles equipped with the passive entry key:
- Position the ignition to OFF.
- Activate the hazard warning lights.
- Connect the scan tool.
- Perform the "Proxy Configuration Alignment" located under the Guided Diagnostics menu in the activities section of the left margin.
- Navigate to RFH and then the "Misc Functions" menu.
- Select and perform the "RFH Replace" routine and follow the prompted instructions.NOTE:
If during the "RFH Replace" routine an error is encountered and the routine closes prematurely, then retry "RFH Replace" routine again. If the routine instructs the user that the RFH is already configured, then please run the "Disable Keys" routine to relearn the original key fobs.
- Once complete, perform the following routines located in the "Misc Functions" menu:
- Update Front and Rear Axle Nominal Tire Pressure Values.
- Program Left Front Tire Sensor ID.
- Program Left Rear Tire Sensor ID.
- Program Right Front Tire Sensor ID.
- Program Right Rear Tire Sensor ID.
- Perform "TPM Sensor Rolls Test" procedure.
- Programming is complete.
- Turn off the hazard warning lights.
