When Monitored
This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:
- Battery voltage is above 11.0 volts.
- Barometric pressure is above 22.2 Hg.
- With the ignition on and the engine speed at 0 RPM.
- After the ignition has been off for a minimum of three minutes previously.
