GPEC Controller Identification
The vehicles below may be equipped with a GPEC-2A or GPEC-5 PCM controller. It will be necessary to identify which PCM the vehicle is equipped with prior to performing any diagnostics. Below are some of the methods available to correctly identify the PCM.

- 2021 JT 3.6L
- 2022 JL 3.6L
- 2022 DT 5.7L
Identification options:
- Service Library (Vehicle Dashboard):
- Using the sales code list on the vehicle dashboard, look for sales code NZE. This sales code was created to identify the use of a GPEC-5 controller. If this sales code is not present, the vehicle is equipped with a GPEC-2A controller.
