Capacitor, Ignition: Removal: 3.6L

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the cowl extension silencer. Refer to SILENCER, COWL EXTENSION, REMOVAL .

  3. Disconnect the ignition capacitor electrical connector (1).
  4. Remove the mounting fastener (3) and the ignition capacitor (2).
