Sensor, Fuel Tank Pressure: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to TANK, FUEL, REMOVAL .

  3. Disconnect the fuel tank pressure sensor wire harness connector (1).

  4. Remove the fuel vapor line from the three retainers (2).
  5. Disconnect the fuel vapor line quick connect fitting (1).
  6. Spreading the tabs (3) and lifting straight up on the fuel tank pressure sensor (4) and remove from the fuel tank.
