Heater, Engine Block: Removal: 6.2L/6.4L

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Raise and support the vehicle.
Remove the starter from the engine. Refer to STARTER, REMOVAL .

Remove the power cord from the block heater (2).
Remove the bolt (3) and remove the block heater assembly (2).
