Sensor, Coolant Temperature: Installation: 3.6L

1. Install the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor (1) into the housing and turn it clockwise 1/4 turn to lock it in place.

2. Verify that the lock tab (1) has properly engaged.

3. Connect the wire harness connector to the ECT sensor (1).
4. Fill the cooling system. Refer to COOLANT SYSTEM AIR EVACUATION  .
5. Install the air cleaner body. Refer to INSTALLATION .
6. Connect the negative battery cable.
