Sensor, Air Temperature, Inlet: Installation

  1. Inspect and the O-ring seal and lubricate with clean oil.

  2. Install the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor (3) and rotate 1/4 turn clockwise to engage the lock tab (1).
  3. Connect the IAT sensor wire harness connector (1).
  4. Install the air cleaner resonator. Refer to RESONATOR, AIR CLEANER, INSTALLATION .
  5. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
