Sensor, EGR Temperature: Installation

  1. Install the EGR temperature sensor (2) and tighten it to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  2. Connect the EGR temperature sensor wire harness connector (1).
  3. Install the air cleaner hose assembly. Refer to 2.0L HOSE, CLEAN AIR, INSTALLATION or 2.4L HOSE, CLEAN AIR, INSTALLATION .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
