When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

• With the engine running.
• PCM must see engine speed over 400 RPM for minimum time of 10 seconds. This prevents a fault on an engine start/stall condition.
• Fuel level is greater then 5%.
• The PCM did not request an ESS Auto-stop event.
