When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

• With the engine running for more than one minute.
• The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) has performed and passed the Zero Learn diagnostic.
• Throttle input indicating an open throttle condition for more than approximately 2.0 seconds.
• The Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve position is commanded open.
  • During normal operation the PCM monitors the difference between the EGR Valve open position actual and desired positions.
