Switch Monitor Function
- Individual switches can be inspected through the Data Link Connector (DLC). DLC is located center rear of engine compartment. Connect a jumper wire between Ground terminal (Black wire) and ENG TEST terminal (Light Green/Yellow wire) of DLC. Connect positive lead of DVOM to positive battery terminal.
- Connect negative lead of DVOM to ENG MON terminal (White/Green wire) of DLC. Ensure all accessories are off, transmission is in Neutral and all pedals are released. Turn ignition on with engine off.
- Observe voltmeter and operate each switch as indicated. See Fig 1
. If voltage is not as specified, replace switch.
