If brake fluid contacts a painted surface, rinse with water immediately. If brake fluid contacts eyes, flush with running water for several minutes. Get medical attention if irritation persists. If taken internally, drink water and induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately.
  1. Ensure master cylinder is clean of dirt, moisture or any other type of contaminates that may enter master cylinder reservoir. Fill reservoir with clean brake fluid. Remove bleeder cap at caliper and attach clear vinyl bleeder hose onto bleeder plug. Place other end of hose in clean transparent container.
  2. Bleed brakes in conventional manner. When bleeding brakes, keep fluid level in reservoir to MAX position. During bleeding, depress brake pedal at least 10 times, then hold in depressed position. Keep pedal depressed for 3 seconds. Have assistant loosen bleeder screw, drain fluid and retighten screw.
  3. For bleeding order, see BRAKE LINE BLEEDING SEQUENCE  table. Ensure all air is removed from brake system. Refill master cylinder reservoir after bleeding procedure is complete. Ensure there is no fluid leakage.
