Horn is electrically grounded through mounting. Be sure that good metal to metal contact is established.
Test the horn by connecting battery voltage to the connector with the horn grounded through the mount.
The horn should make a sound. If the horn fails to make a sound, replace it.
If the horn makes a sound, test the horn relay located in the engine compartment fuse box.
