Spark Plug Cable: Inspection
- Disconnect from coil and spark plugs.
- Check for breaks in insulation.
- Check inside high tension lead connectors for corrosion or carbon deposits.
- Connect high tension lead to an ohmmeter and check resistance.
Resistance: 16 kΩ per 3.28 feet (1 m)
- Replace if defective.
