1. Verify that magnetic clutch operation noise to determine condition when connecting 12 V to compressor clutch terminal and ground compressor body.
2. Check for oil stains on compressor clutch.
3. Check for damage or deform of clutch pulley.




4. Adjust clearance between armature and pulley by selecting and installing proper shim.

Clearance: 0.014 - 0.025 in (0.35 - 0.65 mm)
