Shift Lever: Installation

Install the select lever assembly with a tightening torque.
Tightening torque:

9 - 14 N.m (90 - 140 kg-cm, 7 - 10 lb-ft)

Install the shift lock cable.
Tightening torque:

8 - 12 N.m (80 - 120 kg-cm, 6 - 8 lb-ft)

Install the shift control cable.

Install the harness connector.
After installing the shift lock cable move the select lever to "P" position, check that the shift lock cable operates with brake pedal depressed.
