Charging Systems: Alternator: Disassembly

Remove the generator cover (A) using a screw driver (B).

Remove the slip ring guide (A).
Loosen the mounting bolts (B) and disconnect the brush holder assembly (C).

Remove the rectifier (A) with 4 screw.

Remove the nut, pulley (A) and spacer.

Loosen the 4 nuts (A).

Disconnect the rotor (A) and cover (B).

Reassembly is the reverse order of disassembly.
