Disassembly

1. Remove the generator cover(A) using a screw driver(B).




2. Remove the slip ring guide(A).
3. Loosen the mounting bolts(B) and disconnect the regulator assembly(C).




4. Remove the rectifier(A) with 4 screws.




5. Remove the nut, and the pulley(A).




6. Loosen the 4 through bolts(A).




7. Disconnect the rotor(A) and cover(B).




8. Reassembly is the reverse order of disassembly.
