Repair procedures (M5CF1): Installation

Install the shift cable and select cable after locating the shift lever and select lever at the neutral position.
NOTE: When operating lever of body side, check secure operation of lever of transaxle side after assembly.
Install the snap pin (A) and control cable bracket bolts (B-3ea).

Install the shift lever assembly.
Tightening torque :

9-14Nm (0.9-1.4kgf.m, 6-9.5lb-ft)

Install the shift cable and select cable to the shift lever side.
NOTE: Adjust the cable length with select cable adjuster in "N" position before installing the center console.
Install the center console. (Refer to CONSOLE ).
