DTC DETECTING CONDITION

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
Case 1 DTC Strategy
  • Signal check, high
  1. Poor connection
  2. Short to ground in signal circuit
  3. MAPS
Enable Conditions
  • Engine speed > 80 rpm
Threshold Value
  • Sensor voltage > 4.8 V
Case 2 DTC Strategy
  • Out-of-range high
Enable Conditions
  • -
Threshold Value
  • MAP > 110 kPa (1.1 bar/15.95 psi)
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
