Repair Procedures: Installation

NOTE:

Install the component to the specified torques.
Note that internal damage may occur when the component is dropped. In this case, use it after inspecting.
DO NOT use a cleaner, spray, or grease to sensing element and connector of the sensor as oil-based products may cause malfunctions in sensor performance.
Sensor and its wiring may be damaged in case of contacting with the exhaust system (Exhaust Manifold, Catalytic Converter, and so on).

NOTE: Note that the SST (Part No: 09392-1Y100 or 09392-2H100) is used when removing the heated oxygen sensor.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
Heated Oxygen Sensor Installation:

35.3 ~ 45.1 N.m (3.6 ~ 4.6 kgf.m, 26.0 ~ 33.3 lb-ft)
