Repair Procedures: Removal
- Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
- Remove the intake manifold.
(Refer to "INTAKE MANIFOLD .")
- Disconnect the knock sensor connector (A).
- Remove the mounting bolt (B), and then remove the sensor from the cylinder block.
