Repair Procedures: Removal

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
Remove the gear knob (A) from the console upper cover after pulling it out upward.

Using a screw driver or remover, remove the console upper cover (A).

Disconnect the indicator connector (A) and start/stop switch connector (B).

Disconnect the multimedia jack connector (A).

Disconnect the gear lever lamp connector (A) and wiring.

Remove the start/stop button (A) after loosening the mounting screws.
