Repair Procedures: Installation

NOTE:
  • Tighten the component with the specified torques.
  • If the component has been dropped, inspect if it is damaged before installation.
  • Apply the engine oil to the O-ring.
  • Insert the sensor in the installation hole and be careful not to damage.
  1. Install in the reverse order of removal.

    Crankshaft position sensor mounting bolt: 

    7.8 - 11.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 - 8.7 lb.ft)
