Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
  2. Remove the resonator and the air intake hose.

    (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "AIR CLEANER ")

  3. Remove the intercooler inlet pipe & hose assembly (A).

  4. Disconnect the intercooler outlet pipe & hose (A).

  5. Disconnect the ETC module connector (A).
  6. Disconnect the coolant hoses (B).
  7. Remove the installation bolts (C), and then remove the ETC module from the engine.
