Repair Procedures: Replacement

  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
  2. Remove the fuel filler cap after opening the fuel filler door.
  3. Lift the vehicle.
  4. Remove the rear-left wheel & tire and wheel house cover.
  5. Disconnect the fuel filler hose (A).

  6. Disconnect the Leveling hose (A).

  7. Disconnect the vent hose quick-connector (A).

  8. Remove the mounting bolts (A), and then remove the fill-neck assembly.

  9. Install in the reverse order of removal.
