Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
  2. Remove the fuel tank.

    (Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "FUEL TANK ")

  3. Disconnect the fuel tank pressure sensor connector (A).
  4. Disconnect the vapor hose (B).

  5. Remove the 2 way cup valve plate (A) after removing the bolts.

  6. Release the hooks and then remove the fuel tank pressure sensor from the fuel pump.
