Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Open the fuel filler door.
  2. Switch "OFF" the ignition and disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  3. Remove the filler-neck mounting bolt (A).

  4. Lift the vehicle.
  5. Remove the rear-LH wheel, tire, and the inner wheel house (A).

  6. Disconnect the fuel filler hose (A).

  7. Disconnect the vapor hose (A).

  8. Remove the rear sub frame.

    (Refer to "REPAIR PROCEDURES ").

  9. Remove the filler-neck assembly after loosening the mounting bolt (A).
