Repair Procedures: Inspection
- Measure a resistance of NTC and Heated pad.
- NTC resistance (Black/Black): 10.0 kΩ ± 5 % [at 25°C (77°F)]
- Heated pad resistance (Red, Black/Brown, Black): 1.7 Ω ± 10 %
- Measure a temperature.
- The temperature of wheel surface grip must rise from -20°C (-4°F) to 20°C (68°F) within 6 minute
- The temperature of wheel surface grip must keep 38 ± 4°C (100.4 ± 39.2°F) after 25 minute
- At that time switch on, all measure point (1 - 8)
