Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
    NOTE: After disconnecting the cables, wait at least 30 seconds.
  2. Remove the front seat assembly.

    (Refer to Body - "FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY ")

  3. Remove the seat belt buckle switch (A) after loosening the mounting bolt.

    Tightening torque: 

    39.2 - 53.9 N.m (4.0 - 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 - B36 39.7 lb.ft)
