Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery (-) terminal.
  2. Remove the engine cover.

    (Refer to " Removal and Installation  ") 

  3. Disconnect the ignition coil connector (A).

    NOTE: Disconnect the connector by pushing the clip (B) after pulling the fixing pin (A).

  4. Remove the ignition coil mounting bolts (A).

    Tightening torque: 

    9.8 -11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.8 lb.ft)
