Repair Procedures: Installation

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
    NOTE:
    • Install the HO2S to the specified torque.
    • If HO2S is dropped, it may cause internal damage. Do not use it.
    • Do not use a cleaner, spray or grease on the sensing element and connector because they could cause a malfunction of sensor.
    • Sensor and its wiring may be damaged in case of contacting with the exhaust system (Exhaust Manifold, Catalytic Converter, and so on).
