WTS #2
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
- Remove the Alternator.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "ALTERNATOR ").
- Disconnect the water temperature sensor connector (A).
- Remove the water temperature sensor (B) after loosening the mounting bolt.
Tightening torque:
9.8 -11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb.ft)
Information
Note that engine coolant may flow out from the water temperature control assembly when removing the sensor.
