Repair Procedures: Installation
NOTE:
- Do not reuse any used injector fixing clip.
- Install the component to the specified torques.
- Note that internal damage may occur when the component is dropped. In this case, use it after inspecting.
- Apply engine oil to the injector O-ring.
- Do not reuse any used injector O-ring.
- Do not reuse any used bolt.
- When inserting the injector, be careful not to damage the injector tip.
- Do not reuse the high pressure fuel pipe.
NOTE:
- When installing the high pressure fuel pipe and cross over pipe, apply the specified tightening torques with the special service tool (A). [SST No. 09314-3V100]
High pressure fuel pipe flange nut:
29.4 - 35.3 N.m (3.0 - 3.6 kgf.m, 21.7 - 26.0 lb.ft)
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
