[Bank 1/Exhaust]

  1. Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
  2. Remove the air cleaner assembly.

    (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "AIR CLEANER ")

  3. Disconnect the camshaft position sensor connector (A).
  4. Remove the mounting bolt (B), and then vertically remove the sensor from the cylinder head.

    Crankshaft Position Sensor mounting bolt: 

    7.8 - 8.8 N.m (0.8 - 0.9 kgf.m, 5.8 - 6.5 lb.ft)
