[Bank 1/Intake]

  1. Switch "OFF" the ignition and disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the air cleaner assembly.

    (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "AIR CLEANER ")

  3. Remove the engine hanger (A) after loosening the mounting bolt.

  4. Disconnect the camshaft position sensor connector (A).
  5. Remove the mounting bolt (B), and then vertically remove the sensor from the cylinder head.

    Crankshaft Position Sensor mounting bolt: 

    7.8 - 8.8 N.m (0.8 - 0.9 kgf.m, 5.8 - 6.5 lb.ft)
