Repair Procedures: Installation

NOTE:

Do not reuse injector fixing clip.
Install the component to the specified torque.
Note that internal damage may occur when the component is dropped. In this case, use it after inspecting.
Apply engine oil to the injector O-ring.
Do not reuse injector 0-ring.
Do not reuse high pressure fuel pipe.
Do not reuse bolts.
When insert the injector, be careful not to damage the injector tip.
Use the special service tool (OK353-F6100) to install the high pressure fuel pipe and cross over pipe.
