Removal & Installation: Removal

Disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
Disconnect the Boost Pressure Sensor (BPS) connector (A).

Disconnect the Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) Module connector (A).

Separate the air intake hose (A).

Information

Pull the quick-connector clamp (A) in the direction of the arrow when separating the air intake hose.

After moving the quick connector clamp (B) to (C) position as shown in the figure below, pull out the air intake hose to separate it.

Remove the ETC module (A) by removing the bolts.
Tightening torque:

9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb.ft)

Remove the BPS (A) after removing the bolt.
Tightening torque:

9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb.ft)
