Removal & Installation: Removal

Disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
Remove the battery.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - " BATTERY REMOVAL & INSTALLATION ")
Disconnect the Engine Control Module (ECM) connectors (A).

Separate the battery sensor wiring (A) by removing the wiring fixing clip (B).

Remove the ECM (A) after removing the bolts.
Tightening torque:

9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb.ft)

Remove the bracket (A) after removing the bolts.
Tightening torque:

9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb.ft)
