Removal & Installation: Installation

Install in reverse order of removal.
NOTE:
- Install the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) to the specified torque.
- If HO2S is dropped, it may cause internal damage. (Do not reuse)
- Do not use oil components such as cleaners, sprays, or greases on the sensing part and connector as it may degrade the performance of HO2S.
- The sensor or the wiring can be damaged by being contacted to the exhaust system (Exhaust manifold, Catalytic converter etc.).
Reset the ECM adaptive value after replacing the heated oxygen sensor.
