Removal And Installation: Removal

Disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
Remove the engine room under cover.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - " ENGINE ROOM UNDER COVER ")
Disconnect the Crankshaft Position Sensor (CKPS) connector (A).

Remove the wiring fixing clip (A) from the bracket.

Separate the connector (A) by pulling it in the direction of the arrow from the bracket.

Remove the CKPS (A) after removing the bolt.
Tightening torque:

9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb.ft)
