Checking Brake Fluid Level

Park vehicle on level surface. Thoroughly clean brake fluid reservoir and cap before removing cap. Turn ignition on to activate ABS pump. If ABS pump does not operate, depress brake pedal several times until pump begins to operate. When ABS pump stops, check that brake fluid level is between the MIN and MAX marks. If fluid level is below the MIN mark, add enough fluid to bring level up to the MAX mark. DO NOT overfill reservoir.
