EVAP System

Discovery Series II vehicles may be equipped with either a positive pressure type EVAP testing system or vacuum type EVAP testing system. Each system has specific components not used on each type system. Freelander vehicles are only equipped with a positive pressure type EVAP testing system. Range Rover vehicles are only equipped with a vacuum type EVAP testing system. On all models, EVAP system testing is performed using vehicle self-diagnostic system.
