Issue: Main Modules returned deemed NFF (No Fault Found, CJB, PCM......)

Cause: Battery (Hard) reset required

Action: Prior to any module replacement can the following be carried out prior to module replacement,

Carry out initial DTC read,
Clear DTC
Disconnect battery, wait 1 Minute, re-connect
Re-read DTC follow should the same related DTC's return follow the guided diagnostics related to the customer symptom. This action should minimize the number of modules replaced where no faults are detected when returned to the supplier for analysis.
