Humidity Sensing

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2012 Land Rover Range Rover Sport and 2011 Land Rover Range Rover Sport. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

With a humidity sensor fitted, the automatic temperature control (ATC) module controls the moisture content of the air in the vehicle. This is achieved by raising the evaporator temperature to increase the humidity of the air entering the vehicle, and reducing the evaporator temperature to reduce the humidity of the air entering the vehicle.
