Anti-Lock Brake System: Description
The Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) is designed to stop vehicle in the shortest distance possible while preventing wheel skid and maintaining vehicle control. The ABS is composed of 4 wheel speed sensors, sensor rotors, ANTI-LOCK warning light, ABS Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and ABS actuator. See Fig 1.
