Key Unlock Warning Switch Circuit
- When key is inserted in ignition switch, key unlock warning switch comes on. With switch on, remote door lock ECU prevents transmitter from operating. Gain access to remote door lock ECU. Ensure ignition key is not in ignition switch.
- Using a DVOM, measure voltage between ground and ECU terminal No. 6. See Figure. Voltage should be 10-14 volts. If voltage is as specified, circuit is okay. If voltage is not as specified, check and repair wiring circuit(s) between remote door lock ECU and key unlock warning switch as necessary.
