Condition is: no NE signal to ECM with engine speed at more than 1000 RPM or NE signal does not pulse 12 times to ECM during interval between G1 and G2 pulses. Probable cause: open or short in NE or "G" circuit, defective distributor, open or short in STA circuit or defective ECM.
