Condition is: after more than 3 seconds after engine starts, idle switch is off, park/neutral position switch is off (transmission in gear other than Park or Neutral) and A/C on. Probable cause: faulty A/C switch circuit, TPS circuit, park/neutral position switch circuit, defective accelerator pedal/cable or defective ECM.
